PIGNOLETTO
MODENA PIGNOLETTO DOP
Sparkling
Straw yellow colored wine with a bouquet reminiscent of wild roses and wild flowers.
Savory taste with hints of vanilla, full and balanced.
A wine suitable for combination of pasta dishes, especially recommended for fresh handmade pasta and seafood menu.
LAMBRUSCO
GRASPAROSSA DI CASTELVETRO DOP
Dry, semi-dry or sweet
Red sparkling wine with an intense lingering aroma reminiscent of violets. The generous flavors of red fruit, cherry and currant recalls the land and the people who make it. This wine goes well with all the specialties of the Emilia region, as well as with appetizers, pasta disches, meat and sausages. An excellent dessert wine.
FRESCO MARCELLINO
A wine that is to be enjoyed young, the very delicate straw color shows the apple and apricot fruit flavors complemented by hints of rose. Taste round, full-bodied with an intense aftertaste.
Suitable for first courses, white meat, grilled fish and seafood.
Excellent as an aperitif.

DI LAMBRUSCO
A wine with a more or less intense pink color, with lively sparkling froth.

Made from Lambrusco grapes Grasparossa through a process of vinification.
Its versatility makes it suitable for all dishes: pasta, pizza, meat, fish, soups and cheese.

Wine with a liverly ruby red color.
Full-bodied tannic scent remiscent of wild berries.
Dry taste, goes well with pasta dishes, especially lasagna and tagliatelle, grilled meats, game, mushrooms and cheese.
